Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Thane (Work from Office)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer details in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

Experience:

  • 12th Fresher with average English – ₹15,000 fixed in-hand
  • Graduate Fresher – up to ₹20,000 in-hand
  • Graduate with 1 year+ experience – up to ₹27,000 in-hand
  • Good to Have: Basic computer knowledge & willingness to work in a customer-facing role.
