Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing expert
who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and passionate about data-driven growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns on
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Amazon, and other platforms
    .
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad messaging and visuals with marketing objectives.
  • Track and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixel setups, and other analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Manage remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present growth recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Proven track record in managing performance-based campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
    .
  • Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and funnel strategy is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is preferred but not mandatory.
