Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily coordination, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and schedule property visits.
  • Maintain and update client databases, leads, and sales reports.
  • Prepare and manage booking forms, agreements, and related sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign updates, leads tracking, and promotional activities.
  • Support management with regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Follow up on payment schedules, pending documents, and customer service requests.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers, site teams, and back-office departments.
  • Handle administrative support for meetings, calls, and events related to real estate sales.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales coordination or related administrative roles.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or real estate ERP software (preferred).
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
