  • Lead the end-to-end maintenance operations of our plant
  • Define and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and breakdown) for plant machinery and utilities.
  • Ensure availability and reliability of all equipment through continuous monitoring and improvement of MTBF and MTTR.
  • Oversee calibration, alignment, and servicing of mechanical components

  • Develop and execute a robust spare parts strategy to ensure availability while minimizing inventory cost. Manage critical spares, supplier coordination, reordering processes, and lead time reduction

  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, PLC/automation, hydraulics & pneumatics

  • Hands on experience of Mechanical Maintenance of VMC, HMC, CNC lathe and other conventional machines
