Role & responsibilities :

Key areas of accountability/responsibility

• Manpower handling to achieve the production target by optimum resources.
• Training & developing multi skills of operators.
• Knowledge of Press shop process and its defects.
• Should have knowledge about press robotic line, teaching and programming. Yaskawa robot, kuka robot and fanuc robot.
• Material handling, preservation & storage during production and Maintain FIFO system.
• Optimum utilization of consumables.
• Maintenance of press tools.
• Improvement in tool down time.
• Preparing data on productivity and utilization of resources.
• Knowledge of Robot teaching and programming.
• Verify the operator follow I DO I CHECK.
• Check and Verify PPEs adherence of PPE's as per daily PPE's monitoring check sheet.
• Shift handover / takeover communication on daily basis.
• Check required RM availability if not available inform to Manager.
• Breakdown, Troubleshooting, correction, teaching etc and fill break down slip and sign by maint. And production.
• Red bin analysis activity on daily basis.
