Role & responsibilities

Production Quality - Vehicle Inspection

*Work experience in Vehicle Quality check in static/dynamic condition.

*manage Line In-charges, line inspectors and ensure trained/skilled inspectors are in place

*good defect understanding ability related to electrical troubles, fitment quality and vehicle appearance

*good analytical ability to resolve defects related to DTC errors, their causes and resolution skills

Production Quality - Manufacturing Quality - Analysis

*work experience in Vehicle Quality especially in weld shop.

*knowledge on manufacturing processes related to press, weld, paint and assembly shops

*Able to study drawings, inspection reports, scanning inspection reports, body accuracy reports, checker data and able to analyze the problematic areas

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge & Experience of vehicle quality, PDI,Vehicle Inspection, 5S,3G and safety and Kaizen
