Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive in Pune. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including marketing, communication, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Identifies potential customers, builds relationships, presents and demonstrates products, negotiates terms to close deals, and maintains client records, all while aiming to achieve sales targets.
  • Key responsibilities include generating leads, creating strong client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Developing and Executing the Sales Plan.
  • Reporting on Sales Activity on a daily basis.
  • Managing the Sales Budget.
  • Lead Generation
    : Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management
    : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstration
    : Effectively present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their benefits.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing
    : Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and secure new clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement
    : Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
  • Market Analysis
    : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Reporting & Record Keeping
    : Maintain accurate sales records, track sales progress using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, and provide regular sales reports.
  • After-Sales Support
    : Ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business through excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent market research and data analysis abilities.
