  • Parts Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve monthly and annual spare parts sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territories and customer segments.

  • Pricing Strategies:

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.

  • Review gross margin regularly to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.

  • Parts Promotion Activities:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote slow-moving or high-margin parts.

  • Collaborate with service teams to promote preventive maintenance kits and bundled offers.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints related to spare parts with urgency and professionalism.

  • Part Identification:

  • Use parts catalogs,technical drawings, and digital tools for accurate part identification.

  • Liaise with service technicians and OEMs for clarification where needed.

  • Enquiry Generation:

  • Generate and track enquiries through cold calls, email campaigns, customer visits, and service lead coordination.

  • Maintain an active enquiry pipeline and ensure high conversion rates.

  • Customer Visits & Field Engagement:

  • Conduct regular customer visits (minimum planned visits/month).

  • Submit visit reports, gather customer feedback, and follow up on parts performance and repeat requirements.

  • Inventory Management Support:

  • Share demand forecasting and consumption trends to help maintain optimal levels.

  • Identify recommend liquidation plans for non-moving or obsolete parts.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Gather pricing.

  • Provide feedback the product and procurement teams.

MIS Reporting Documentation:

  • Maintain records of sales, orders, quotations, and forecasts.
  • Submit timely on KPIs, outstanding payments, and pipeline.
