F&B GSA

We are looking for a skilled F&B GSA (Waiter) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
• Manage multiple tables simultaneously, serving food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and professionally.
• Ensure all products are delivered to the correct location and presented to guests as per company standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for calculating bills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
