Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Installation and configuration of Windows 10.
  • Installing and troubleshooting Mail Client such as Outlook and Thunderbird.
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system stability, availability, and reliability.
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
  • Administrating backup and recovery of Desktops & Laptop.
  • Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops.
  • Trouble shooting Hardware and software applications problems.
  • Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner & LAN related issues.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping, Trace route.
  • Support operation teams in resolving technical problems.
  • Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
  • Remotely resolving application problems and network in Branches.
  • Asset maintenance for the Branches.
  • Good Documentation Skills.
  • Ticketing tool experience, SLA handling and closure.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Willingness to Travel
