Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Senior Windchill Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in developing, configuring, and maintaining Windchill PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

systems. As a Windchill Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize

product data management, streamline collaboration across teams, and enhance the overall functionality of the Windchill

system.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and configure Windchill applications, ensuring they align with business requirements.

 Customize Windchill using Java, J2EE, and Windchill-specific tools like WC REST APIs, and XML.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Windchill environment.

 Develop and maintain integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).

 Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

 Perform system upgrades, patches, and general system administration tasks.

 Write and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user guides.

 Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for software development and system architecture.

 Provide support and training to end-users and troubleshoot system-related issues.

 Continuously monitor system performance and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 9-12+ years of proven experience in Windchill development and customization (Windchill 11.x or higher).

 Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Web services (SOAP/REST).

 Familiarity with Windchill's architecture and data modeling (e.g., WTParts, CAD data).

 Experience with Windchill PDMLink, PDMLink, or MPMLink.

 Expertise in Windchill workflow configuration and management.

 Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with Windchill API development and integrations.

 Knowledge of CAD tools and their integration with Windchill (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD).

 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

 Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Groovy, or Python.

 Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
