Role and Responsibilities:
As a Telesales representative at Kezan consulting, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting customers over the phone in the sale of various financial products.
  • Working towards meeting productivity targets while maintaining speed and accuracy.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Learning about our products and services and effectively explaining them to potential customers.
  • Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
  • Willingness to engage in field sales activities as required.
  • If necessary, visiting client locations to meet business requirements.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Any Graduate/Undergraduate or 12th Pass candidates are invited to apply.
  • Prior experience of at least 1 year in any sales role.
