Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Kolkata. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and implementing HR policies and procedures. They will also manage workplace compliance, foster a positive working environment, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strong skills in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
  • Knowledge and experience with HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Requirements.
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution skills to manage employee relations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry, is highly desirable.
