Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Executive to join a US-based logistics company. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on delivering accurate and timely accounting results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Handle accounting processes related to US-based operations (preferred).
  • Work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks and (preferred).
  • Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and evolving business needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial records and documentation.
  • Report directly to the company owner and provide regular financial updates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting (experience with US-based companies or processes is an advantage).
  • Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, CA, DAA, or any accounting-related course.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
