Job Description

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in data visualization and market research.
  • 4-5 years of experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain.
  • Proficiency in SPSS, Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Dapresy, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven expertise in Market Research domain understanding survey data, research methodologies, and MR-specific KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in leading a BI/Analytics team, mentoring, and managing deliverables.

Must Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of BI/Analytics experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in Market Research domain data and workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Dapresy or similar).
  • Strong SQL and database skills (e.g., SQL Server, Redshift, MySQL)
  • Experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain
  • Experience in data modeling, ETL, and automation.
  • Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain.

Good To Have:

  • Exposure to R for advanced analytics or automation.
  • Familiarity with GenAI/AI-driven analytics in Market Research.
  • Cloud data platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
