- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk/IT Helpdesk experience required.
- Ticketing Tool Knowledge: Should have good knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Work Schedule: 5 days work from office with rotational week offs.
- Office Location: Bengaluru
- Notice Period: 15 days/Immediate joiner preferred.
- Qualification: Must be a Graduate.
- Communication: Good communication skills are mandatory.
