Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, explain our processes and services to potential clients, and convince them to take our packages.
- CRE Team Coordination: Collaborate with the CRE (Client Relationship Executive) team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Client Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of registered clients, ensuring easy access and reference.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
