Position Overview:

We are seeking a Female Hindi-Speaking Inbound Tele Sales Executive to manage incoming customer enquiries, provide product information, and convert leads into sales. The candidate should be confident, fluent in Hindi, and have a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process handling.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a female candidate.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of tele-sales or inbound sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
