Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and energetic female candidate for the position of Tele Sales Specialist to manage our Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and North-East regions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for assigned regions.
  • Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and generate leads.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain call logs and reports.
  • Provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer support.
  • Fluency in Hindi is a must (knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Energetic, confident, and target-oriented personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
