Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure backlog readiness.
  • Remove blockers and facilitate smooth delivery of sprint goals.
  • Promote Agile best practices and coach team members on Agile principles.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for dependency management and release planning.
  • Ability to address team conflicts, misunderstandings, and tensions constructively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with product-based teams.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.
