 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Accounts & Finance with a robust background in handling Income Tax, GST, Customs, Export Banking, and related issues. The ideal candidate should have 5-12 years of progressive experience, demonstrating expertise in financial management, tax compliance, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing daily bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivables, payroll administration, and assisting in month-end closings and audit preparations. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize financial processes and ensure regulatory compliance.  

Responsibilities: 1. **Financial Management:**  - Lead the finalization of Balance Sheets and Accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.  - Manage Tax Planning, Income Tax, GST matters independently, and liaise with authorities as required.  - Provide strategic guidance on Export issues, Customs procedures, and Export Banking.  

2. **Team Leadership:**  - Supervise a team of 3-4 members, providing mentorship and direction in achieving departmental goals.  - Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, ensuring team members are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.  

3. **Financial Reporting and Compliance:**  - Prepare and present Grant Reports and support in audit preparations.  - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.  

4. **Operational Excellence:**  - Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.  - Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to uphold service levels and project quality.  

5. **Client Management and Communication:**  - Manage client communications effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.  - Monitor budgets and billing processes to ensure financial objectives are met.  

6. **System Improvement and Cost Management:**  - Initiate system and procedural improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy.  - Implement cost-cutting measures while maintaining operational excellence.
