Role & Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, visually striking mobile app interfaces for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
  • Collaborate tightly with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems for consistent brand experience across all screens.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to continuously refine user experience.
  • Stay ahead of UX trends, design frameworks, and mobile UI guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience designing mobile-first applications (must show real portfolio).
  • Expert in Figma plus familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer
  • Solid grasp of user psychology, information hierarchy, and interaction design principles.
  • Understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design standards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, dev, marketing).
  • Bonus: Motion design skills or familiarity with usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.).
  • Obsessed with detail — the kind who notices misaligned pixels and fixes them before anyone asks.Role & responsibilities
