Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in handling matters in
    Trial Courts in Delhi
    and the
    Delhi High Court
    .
  • Strong command over
    drafting and pleadings
    .


Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting
    Bail Applications, Criminal Appeals, SLPs,
    and
    Examination Questions
    .
  • Appearing before various
    Trial Courts
    and the
    Delhi High Court
    .
