About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Upwork Bidder with at least 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork. The primary responsibility will be to generate quality leads and win projects through effective proposal writing and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable projects on Upwork and different platforms, customized bids.
  • Write professional and persuasive proposals to attract clients.
  • Generate positive leads and convert them into awarded projects.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and build long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after winning bids.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bidding on Upwork.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to create client-focused proposals (not copy-paste).
  • Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad, Full time (On-site)
