Role & responsibilities

Detailed Job Description:

  • Should have knowledge about arranging of blades, angles w.r.t to air flow.
  • AutoCAD - should be specialized in creating Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models using Autodesks AutoCAD software.
  • Developing product designs.
  • Presenting rough design (2D) drafts for client approval.
  • Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
  • Generating 2D models using AutoCAD & 3D with help of Solid works software.
  • Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
  • Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.
  • Finalizing AutoCAD & Solid works models.
  • Presenting models (3D) to clients
  • Should have a deeper sense of understanding with respect to mechanical fitment for instrumental cooling fans.
  • Best fit to reduce noise, heat effects, touching issue should be ecstatically correct design.
  • To have knowledge about preparation of data sheet.
  • Verification of Raw material sample receives from purchase team & preparation of dimensional report.
  • Should have knowledge about mould & die design sharing the require details to mould manufactures.
  • Trails for moulds whether the manufacture components are as per design.
  • Maintain all the revision record for customize request.
  • Prepare ECN (Engineering Changing Note) report as requirement.
