We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with hands-on experience in suspension systems, power packs, and gear systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Siemens NX (UG-NX) for 3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed component design. The role involves developing innovative mechanical solutions, creating design documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop suspension components, power packs, and gear systems using NX software.
  • Prepare 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for manufacturing and validation.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, kinematic simulations, and design validations for mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with production, testing, and project teams to ensure designs meet functional and quality requirements.
  • Modify and optimize existing designs based on FEA results, test feedback, and manufacturing inputs.
  • Maintain accurate design documentation and BOMs.
  • Support prototype development and testing activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Siemens NX (UG-NX) for part modeling, assemblies, and drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of suspension systems, gear design, and power pack components.
  • Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical simulations.
  • Hands-on experience with design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) principles.
  • Knowledge of material selection and mechanical performance evaluation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional engineering team.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
