The Opportunity

We are looking for an
IT Admin
who will be a part of our Hardware and Networking team and be responsible for maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

: Gurgaon

Experience
: 1-4 years

What You'll Do

Asset Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Monitor and track the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

System Software and Application Software Management:

  • Possess a strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in operating systems.
  • Provide expert advice and support to team members on operating system-related issues, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Provide application software installation and support for different technologies such as PHP, Java, JS, Python, Development IDE, Microsoft Office, Sketch and Other Utility software's as per user request

IT Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of Laptops, Mobiles Devices, Mac systems and other IT assets such as Headphone, CCTV, Audio Video Conferencing systems and Telephone systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and SOP, ensuring compliance and data security.
  • Provide SLA bound support using Ticketing system to all the employees
