Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and daily HR functions. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners.
Employee Engagement & Support:
- Help organize HR activities and engagement events.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in handling employee queries.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Support attendance tracking and leave management.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and standard procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Contract length: 3 months ( might chance to get 3 month to 6 month)
