Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter located in Mangaluru. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing requirements. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing applicant qualifications, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. The role requires effective communication and ability to manage recruitment processes zealously to meet hiring objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-management, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple hiring responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices, coupled with organizational and planning skills
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and software
• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
