We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical support, application management, database handling, team management, bug management, and application data monitoring. This role demands an analytical mindset with the ability to oversee and improve application performance, lead technical teams, and ensure smooth resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to applications and databases.
  • Manage application lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Oversee bug identification, tracking, and resolution ensuring timely closure of defects.
  • Monitor application data and ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts and support staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to application management and support processes.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of technical solutions and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for technical operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in technical support and application management.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and resolution tools.
  • Proven ability to monitor application data and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • MBA preferred but any graduate with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
