Job Title: Service Advisor

Work Location : Kannur

Key Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers, understand their service requirements, and provide excellent customer service.

· Prepare accurate estimates and communicate with customers.

· Manage job cards and ensure smooth service delivery.

· Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings.

· Liaise with technicians, customers, and other departments.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

· Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair procedures.
