Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Integration Specialist to lead and manage integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems.This role demands hands-on experience with Integration Hub, custom connectors, and deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.You'll be instrumental in building scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SAP using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs

• Develop and maintain custom connectors using Integration Hub

• Configure and monitor ServiceNow MID Servers

• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols

• Collaborate with ITOM teams on Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery

• Ensure platform security, manage update sets, and maintain integration documentation

• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience

• Proficiency in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms

• Strong experience with SAP integration (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs)

• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture and platform security
Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration and monitoring

• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration

• Basic understanding of SAP modules and data structures

• ServiceNow CSA or Integration Hub Specialist Certification
