Job Description

Novaklick Global is hiring Internal Auditors to join our Finance & Compliance team. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with prior audit experience, preferably from CA firms, who can evaluate internal controls, assess risks, and ensure compliance across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits for key business processes: P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), PPC (Production Planning & Control), H2R (Hire to Retire), RCM (Risk & Compliance Management).
  • Review financial transactions, vendor payments, payroll, and statutory compliances.
  • Evaluate internal control systems, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C, PPC, H2R, RCM processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, SAP/Oracle, and audit tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Qualifications & Education

  • Educational background is required – candidates should have a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with audit experience in CA firms will also be considered.

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, finance, or compliance.
