We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end tender process—from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. You will collaborate across departments to develop competitive proposals, ensure compliance, and play a critical role in driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify tender opportunities aligned with RoadCast's business objectives and target markets.
  • Research and analyze tender documents to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to gather required information for submissions.
  • Develop and prepare 
    high-quality tender proposals
    , ensuring compliance with specifications, pricing structures, and submission guidelines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor proposals that highlight RoadCast's unique solutions.
  • Manage the tender submission process, including documentation, pricing negotiations, and client clarifications.
  • Track tender progress and ensure timely submissions within deadlines.
  • Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, templates, and past submissions for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on 
    industry trends, government regulations, and competitor activities
     to strengthen RoadCast's competitive positioning.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on tender strategy, pricing, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of 
    tender processes, compliance, and documentation
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in 
    Microsoft Office Suite
     (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tender management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously in a 
    fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business priorities.
