Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Automobile sales and service team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and providing information about vehicles, offers, and services. This role plays a key part in driving sales conversions and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote vehicle sales, service, or related offers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, prices, finance, and promotions.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for showroom visits/test drives.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries over the phone.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities through telecalling.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
