To monitor the implementation of compliance governance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

Monitor Compliance Governance as per the extant RBI and internal guidelines.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Timely preparation of the Monthly Compliance Note for submission to the MD & CEO.
  2. Timely submission of the Quarterly Compliance Note to the ACB
  3. Carry out the Annual Compliance Risk Assessment.
  4. Preparation of the Annual Compliance Note for timely submission to the ACB/Board.
  5. Follow up with branches/departments/ administrative units for closure of pending compliance points.
  6. Carry out the annual review of the Compliance Policy and the Compliance Risk Assessment Policy.
  7. Annual review of the Compliance Policy and the KYC/AML policy.
  8. Annual review of the Compliance Charter, Manuals and SOPs.
  9. Vetting of new products and monitor them during the first six months of introduction.

Qualification: Post Graduation

Min Exp: 10 years

Max Exp: 12 years
