This Position reports to:

Manufacturing Unit Manager


Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results. Each day, you will be responsible to meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level). You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.

The work model for the role is: #LI:- onsite

This role is contributing to the MOHP Medium voltage Drives in Nelamangala, Bengaluru & Main stakeholders are MOHP Nelamangala

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Preparing annual production budget, overseeing progress, and determining actions to cost issues as necessary to manage operations within the budget and resources.
  • Developing and executing plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.
  • Ensuring that Four Quadrants (4Q) program training and methods are implemented in the organization.
  • Providing support as required, during customer visits to explain the capabilities of the manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications:-

  • Education:- BE Electrical & Electronics /Electronics
  • You have Minimum 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing of Medium Voltage VFD cabinets
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP
  • You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around {Collaborative } and Team management
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Kannada
