We are hiring experienced candidates for our Accounts & Compliance team.

Minimum 3 years of practical experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain and update Books of Accounts in Tally Prime
  • Handle finalisation of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and ledger scrutiny
  • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in entries
  • Prepare financial reports, MIS statements & analytical summaries in Excel
  • Manage payments, vendor coordination, and bank-related activities

2. GST, TDS & Tax Compliance

  • Monthly GST Reconciliation and filing GST returns
  • Handle Annual GST Audit working
  • Prepare and review TDS/TCS workings, challans, returns
  • Manage daily ITR filing, computation, and basic tax planning
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory timelines

3. E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill & Routine Operations

  • Create and manage E-invoices and E-way bills
  • Ensure proper documentation and data management
  • Support daily operations and maintain compliance records

4. Audit & ROC/MCA Compliance

  • Exposure to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit
  • Prepare audit documentation, working papers and reports
  • Assist or manage ROC/MCA filings, annual returns, and related compliance activities

5. Team Leadership & Supervision (Senior Level Responsibility)

  • Supervise and monitor the work of junior staff
  • Allocate tasks, review daily work (GST, TDS, Accounting, ROC etc.)
  • Provide training, guidance and improve team efficiency
  • Maintain process control, implement internal checks, and enhance workflow quality

6. Client Coordination & Management Reporting

  • Communicate with clients for data follow-ups, clarifications, and compliance updates
  • Handle client queries related to accounts, GST, Income Tax, ROC and Audit
  • Submit monthly progress reports, compliance status and key observations to management
  • Escalate critical issues with solutions

7. Additional Responsibilities

  • Ability to multitask and deliver assignments within deadlines
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Management team

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership & team management abilities
  • Excellent practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, Accounting & ROC
  • Ability to monitor multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Good communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel & compliance software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
