Job Title: Unity Developer (4–6 Years Experience)

Location: Remote (Must be willing to travel to Pune for meetings if required)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Experience: 4–7Years

Shift: IST (Day Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Unity Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive applications and games using Unity 3D. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of game design principles, C# programming, performance optimization, and cross-platform deployment. The role is primarily remote, but the candidate should be open to travelling to Mumbai for client meetings or project discussions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain interactive 2D/3D applications using Unity 3D engine.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C#.
  • Optimize application performance for multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Web, PC).
  • Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party plugins as required.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Unity tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in C# scripting and Unity 3D engine.
  • Experience in developing mobile and desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR, physics simulations, animations, and UI systems.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
  • Strong understanding of game optimization techniques and performance profiling.
  • Knowledge of shader programming, lighting, and particle systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Photon, Mirror, or other multiplayer frameworks.
  • Exposure to Unreal Engine or other game engines.
  • Basic understanding of backend integration (REST APIs, Firebase, PlayFab).
  • Experience in publishing apps on Play Store or App Store.

  • Work Mode: Remote (with occasional travel to Mumbai for meetings).
  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Compensation: Based on experience and expertise.
