We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2-3 yrs experience to support the analysis and reporting of digital commerce activities for our growing subscription-based animal Rx platform. In this role, you'll assist in turning data into insights that help improve customer experience, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce analytics across marketing, merchandising, and fulfilment functions. You'll work closely with experienced analysts and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, pet health-focused environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing eCommerce and customer data for analysis
  • Pull and clean data from internal sources (orders, customers, promotions, etc.) to support reporting and ad hoc requests
  • Provide data, analysis and insights to support strategy development and data-driven business decisions.
  • Perform analyses and report on data related to customer acquisition, retention, and activation.
  • Developing customized dashboards using Power BI as per the requirement
  • Collaborate closely with teams to implement business metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable analyses. Work on the design, development, validation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, dashboards, analysis with minimum guidance
  • Assist in identifying data quality issues and contribute to data integrity initiatives
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for Marketing Team and other teams
  • Document your work and help build a data knowledge base for the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, Qlik, Power BI is a must
  • Scripting Languages: SQL, R, Python
  • Experience with Ecommerce, ERP, CRM systems is a plus
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills. Experience writing complex queries on large data sets.
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation

  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
