Role Summary:

We are seeking a
motivated, results-driven Sales Executive
to generate corporate/commercial sales. You will target private sector clients who need furniture solutions, including coworking spaces, boutique hotels, cafés, restaurants, event venues, automotive showrooms, interior designers, and hospitality entrepreneurs. Your main goal: secure orders, exceed sales targets, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with private sector clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations showcasing Integrity India's product range.
  • Prepare quotations/proposals and follow through until deal closure.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with internal teams.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain leads, pipeline, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activity.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients across the city/region.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B/commercial sales experience (furniture, interior design, architecture, building supplies preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable with travel for client meetings.
  • Ability to quickly understand furniture products and solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
