Sales Representative

Core responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through methods like cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Sales and negotiation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client relationship management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and fostering loyalty.
- Market and competitor analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to management and other departments.
- Reporting and administration: Prepare and present sales reports, maintain client records in a CRM, and manage administrative tasks related to sales.
Collaboration and strategy
- Sales strategy: Work with marketing and other teams to develop and align sales strategies with business goals.
- Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively answer client questions and recommend solutions.
- Feedback loop: Provide feedback to management and product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
Skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is often required.
- A background in business or marketing is frequently preferred.
