Role overview

We're building a modern web platform and need a Full Stack Developer who can ship features end-to-end — from pixel-perfect UI to secure, scalable APIs and data layers. You'll collaborate with product/design to turn specs into reliable, maintainable software.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain front-ends with clean, reusable components.
  • Develop secure, well-documented REST/GraphQL back-end services or Python/FastAPI).
  • Model data and write efficient queries on PostgreSQL/MongoDB; manage migrations and performance.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (auth, payments, storage, analytics) and build internal SDKs.
  • Own CI/CD, basic DevOps (Docker, GitHub Actions), observability (logs, metrics, alerts).
  • Write tests (unit/integration/e2e), code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Collaborate across product, design, and QA; break down work, estimate, and deliver on time.
  • Improve performance, security, and accessibility across the stack.

Minimum qualifications

  • 1–5 years of professional full-stack experience shipping production apps.
  • Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and either or Python.
  • Solid understanding of HTTP, auth (OAuth/JWT), caching, and web security (OWASP).
  • Hands-on with SQL, schema design, and query optimization.
  • Comfortable with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Preferred skills (nice-to-have)

  • (App Router, SSR/SSG), Tailwind CSS.
  • FastAPI/Express, Redis, S3/GCS, WebSockets.
  • Cloud on AWS/GCP/Azure (ECS/EKS/Cloud Run/Lambda), Terraform basic familiarity.
  • Analytics & instrumentation (PostHog/Segment), feature flags, A/B testing.
  • Experience with role-based access control, multi-tenant apps, and rate limiting.
  • For AI/EdTech teams: comfort integrating OpenAI/LLM APIs
