Position Overview:

Were seeking an engineer with 5+ YoE and strong backend and ML Ops experience, someone who enjoys digging into unfamiliar systems and writing clean and testable code. You should be excited to work on production services that host ML models and serve real users and operate at scale.

Youll join a pragmatic, cross-functional team that values refactoring, clear documentation, and code quality as much as shipping features.

Required skills:

  • Languages: Python, Java
  • Web frameworks: FastAPI, Spring Boot, Jersey
  • Infra: AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions), Terraform, Jenkins, Spinnaker
  • Monitoring: Splunk, SignalFX
  • Model Infra: MLFlow, Airflow, Metaflow, ONNX, HuggingFace
  • Search: OpenSearch (including kNN/vector search), Solr
  • LLMs: LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI

Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain and evolve high-traffic ML-backed APIs (in Java and Python) deployed on ECS and EKS
  • Deploy new services and maintain CI/CD workflows using Terraform, Jenkins, Spinnaker, and Git
  • Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models and workflows, and build systems for serving and monitoring
  • Support developer experience improvements (tooling, documentation, code quality, observability, etc.)
  • Participate in on-call rotation (supporting production services used by external and internal customers)
