Design Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and efficient designs for construction projects, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    2D and 3D designs

for construction projects using
AutoCAD, Lumion, and other design software

.
- Create
interior design plans

that align with project requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with
architects, civil engineers, and project managers

to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
- Conduct
site visits and inspections

to assess design implementation and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare
detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and renderings

for approval and construction execution.
- Ensure compliance with
building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines

.
- Work on design modifications based on client requirements and project constraints.
- Stay updated on
industry trends, materials, and new technologies

to enhance design efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience

in construction design.
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Lumion, and other relevant design tools

.
- Strong knowledge of
design principles and interior design concepts

.
- Ability to interpret
technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are required to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
