Job description

  1. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing

  2. Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration) to identify bugs and ensure software reliability.

  3. Document and track defects using tools like JIRA.
  4. Collaborate with developers to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.

  5. Validate fixes and sign off on releases.

  6. Product Training & Implementation

  7. Conduct client training sessions (live/webinars/docs) to onboard users onto the software.

  8. Create and maintain training materials (videos, guides, FAQs) for end-users and internal teams.

  9. Assist clients during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and address product queries.

  10. Documentation

  11. Develop and update technical documentation, including: User manuals, Release notes, Best practices & troubleshooting docs, Ensure all materials are clear, concise, and aligned with product updates.

  12. Communication & Collaboration

  13. Act as a liaison between clients, QA, and development teams to relay feedback and requirements.

  14. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and resolutions.
  15. Host knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams (Support, Sales, Dev).
  16. Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills, ability to explain tech concepts simply or experience in client-facing roles.
