Faculty - Animation/VFX Project Lead

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Nagpur

About Us:

We're seeking an experienced Animation/VFX professional to join our team as a Faculty and Project Lead. As a key member of our faculty, you'll guide students in mastering industry-relevant tools and techniques while fostering their creativity and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Development: Design and develop course modules, lesson plans, and training materials for Animation and VFX programs.

  • Teaching & Mentoring: Conduct classroom and studio sessions on Animation and VFX topics, providing one-on-one mentorship to students.

  • Workshops & Events: Organize workshops, seminars, and special events to keep students updated with the latest industry trends and practices.

  • Project Guidance: Lead and supervise student projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

  • Portfolio Development: Assist students in creating professional portfolios showcasing their skills and creativity.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's Degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or VFX from a reputed institute.

  • Proficiency in tools and software, including:

  • Animation Software: Toon Boom Animate / Digital Pro

  • 3D Animation and Modeling: Autodesk 3DS MAX, MAYA, Blender

  • Strong academic background and hands-on expertise in Animation and Visual Effects (VFX).

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in education and training, specifically in teaching and training roles.

  • Industry expertise in Animation and VFX.
