Position at DNEG Training Coordinator India Description A Training coordinator manages training resources information and assists with scheduling and planning events and training activities You will be assisting our heads of department in elaborating training strategies and putting a training programme in place The role will report to our Senior Director Training and Development in London The Role Work closely with the Trainers and Schedule training sessions You will be helping with organising training materials on our corporate intranet doing such things as storing videos in the correct places formatting pages on our training site Research compile existing materials internal external Organise structure training materials pages in a consistent accessible manner Refine improve presentation visibility and awareness of existing training resources Learning Management System reports for all the departments Wrangle support training invitees Track attendance gather feedback generate reports Assist new hire on-boarding Publishing and maintaining a weekly training calendar for all the departments Working closely with artist managers in India to secure time of trainees Must Have Basic Understanding of how Animation and VFX industry work Good English communication skills written and spoken Experience Knowledge with GSuite Docs Spreadsheets and Slides Diploma or equivalent education Aptitude for learning new software Nice to Have Photoshop skills Content Creation Skills Knowledge of Confluence Learning Management System experience particularly in Saba and Easy Generator Asana or other project management tools experience About You Calm under pressure and capable of delivering to short deadlines Adaptable to changing scenarios and showing initiative A positive can-do attitude You know how to stay on top of things You can take concise and well structured notes during meetings You have a knack for creating compact phrases and distilling information to their essentials You are tenacious and follow up on things until they re sorted Not shy about asking questions You are internet and computer-savvy You have the interest and ability to learn about the various departments involved in animation production About Us We are DNEG one of the world s leading visual effects and animation companies for the creation of award-winning feature film television and multiplatform content We employ more than 9 000 people with worldwide offices and studios across North America Los Angeles Montreal Toronto Vancouver Europe London Asia Bangalore Mohali Chennai Mumbai and Australia Sydney At DNEG we fundamentally believe that embracing our differences is a vital component of our collective success We are committed to creating an equitable diverse and inclusive work environment for our global teams where everyone feels they matter and belong We welcome and encourage applications from all regardless of background experience or disability Please let us know if you need any adjustments or support during the application process we will do our best to accommodate your needs We look forward to meeting you
