Job Description : Flexcube L2 Support:

Experience Required : 4 8 years

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Incident & Problem Management

  • Handle escalated issues from L1 support and perform root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and resolve EOD/BOD, EOM (end of month), EOY (end of yer) batch anomalies.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) and Run Books.
  • Coordinate with product vendors for patch fixes and enhancements.

Flexcube Application Expertise

  • Provide support for modules such as CASA, Loans, CC, OD, Collateral & Limites, Payments, Trade Finance, TD/RD, Clearing/NACH, SI, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, ATM/POS/ECOM/ API interface
  • Troubleshoot incidents as logged by end users
  • Manage patch creation, testing, and deployment.

Technical Skills & Monitoring

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle DB (12c/19c), PL/SQL, Unix, Autosys.
  • Set up and monitor ITRS or similar tools.
  • Perform batch monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Support for DR drill, VAPT audit open vulnerabilities mitigation
  • Ready to work in shifts
  • Support during non working business days

Change Management

  • Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Define and analyze enhancements, assess business processes for improvements, and automate workflows.
  • Create and manage change requests and ensure smooth application support.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Engage with middle and senior management of banks for issue resolution and updates.
  • Conduct requirement assessments, documentation (Epics, user stories), and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ – 8 years of experience in Flexcube L2 Production Support
  • Good understanding of Oracle Flexcube architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with Java, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL-based support processes.
