Job Title: Technician (Carpenter/Plumber)

Reports To: Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support in managing hotel energy systems and water consumption efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workshop and equipment storage areas.
• Be available for emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
